Amendment No. 4 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Australia, acting
through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the International Development Association,
        regarding the Nepal Public Financial Management Support Multi-Donor Trust Fund
                    (Trust Fund No. TF071617 and DFAT Arrangement 59121)

1.     Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Australia, acting
through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the “Donor”) and the International Development
Association (the “Bank”), regarding the Nepal Public Financial Management Support Multi-Donor Trust
Fund No. TF071617 (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of May 6, 2011, as amended (the “Administration
Arrangement”).

2.       The Participants mutually decided to amend the Administration Arrangement as follows:

(a)      Paragraph 9.2 of Annex 2 will be deleted and replaced with the following:

         “9.2     It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the World Bank by January
         31, 2024. The World Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this Agreement
         after such date with the written approval of the Donors.”

3.       All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.

4.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are each requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, and respective
amendments signed by all other donors to the Trust Fund, this Amendment will come into effect as of the
date of the last signature.
