As a result, the bidders submitted their respective gender diversity action plans. Attached is the gender diversity action plan submitted by the Pogradec company (1-9pp). The plan is comprehensive covering recruitment and retention policies. This will be done for next ISR through ESHS progress reports. However, a successful bidder for the Pogradec road package reported 33% of women among its skilled workforce, and 60% - among non-skilled workers. This is a much higher figure than the project target (15%) and shows that training and amendment of bidding documents had initial positive impact. The project team will be following up with AFD to establish baseline (the share of women employed at the beginning) for each successful bidder company, and importantly, to ensure that the reported share of women are at least retained (if already meeting the project 15% target) and increased, if they fall below. Judging by the above information, the project seems to be on track towards meeting the target in 2022. 12/15/2020 Page 5 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Regional and Local Roads Connectivity (P163239) IN00933994 ►Development of tourism development concept plan (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 0.00 0.00 2.00 Date 24-Jan-2018 15-Apr-2020 25-Nov-2020 31-Dec-2022 activity not yet start Comments: Component 3 - Implementation Management Support IN00933983 ►Geo-spatial data tool enhanced to show road condition and access to agricultural and tourism centers (Yes/No, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value No No No Yes Date 24-Jan-2018 15-Apr-2020 25-Nov-2020 31-Dec-2022 Performance-Based Conditions Data on Financial Performance Disbursements (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Currency Original Revised Cancelled Disbursed Undisbursed % Disbursed P163239 IBRD-88500 Effective USD 50.00 50.00 0.00 16.42 33.58 33% Key Dates (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Approval Date Signing Date Effectiveness Date Orig.
