Implementation Status and Key Decisions
There was a mid-term review mission in the field from May 13-23, 2016. The progress is on track to meet its development objectives given that all
indicators have met interim targets. The Project Implementation Unit is now fully versed in the use of results-based financing and has increased its
technical capacity considerably. With the recently approved additional financing the project has been expanded to all of Djibouti.
