Progress towards achievement of Project Development Objectives (PDO) remains rated as Satisfactory and Project Implementation is being upgraded to Satisfactory (S) to reflect the PIU’s efforts and the tangible and important achievements over the past months in COVID-19 context. Disbursement has reached 41.8%, a slight increase from the last ISR of August 2020. Due to the COVID-19, several activities and studies (Component 1), procurement process, contracts’ engagements (Component 2) have been on hold or delayed. Urgent additional measures to speed up the project implementation have been agreed. The mission also recommended continued efforts to improve the FM performance upgraded to MU as well as the procurement which has been downgraded to MS.
