These three activities represent the technological core of the Project, which will contribute substantially to PDO achievement; (d) the recruitment and hiring of key positions in the PIU were completed, including: Project Director, Senior M&E Specialist, M&E Specialist, Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) Officer, and Senior Communications Specialist; (e) the GRM is receiving complaints through paper and a dedicated phone line, while a new GRM website has been launched; (f) training was delivered to 212 participants, covering OC procedures, GRM and Gender; (g) the Women Land Rights Task Force (WLRTF) and ALASP Gender team developed a training package for the incoming Help Desk/Gender Officers; and (h) ALASP's Gender team conducted virtual trainings to the Help Desk/Gender Officers in provincial offices on the gender reference book and 4/14/2021 Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Afghanistan Land Administration System Project (P164762) Code of Conduct.
