Re: Employment Generation Program for the Poorest Project (Cr. 4833-BD)
Amendment to Financing Agreement
We refer to the Financing Agreement (the "Agreement"), between the People's Republic
of Bangladesh (the "Recipient") and the International Development Association (the
"Association"), dated December 18, 2010, for the above-referenced Project. We also refer to the
letter dated September 2, 2013, from the Economic Relations Division, requesting the
Association to amend the Agreement by revising the disbursement-linked indicator (DLI) target
pertaining to "Geographic Targeting" for 2013.
The Association hereby agrees to amend the Agreement by replacing the previously
applicable target for disbursement for 2013 pertaining to "Geographic Targeting" (i.e. item
number 1 in Schedule 4 of the Agreement) with the revision specified in the Annex to this Letter
of Amendment.
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing on behalf of the Recipient by
countersigning and dating the form of confirmation below and returning one signed original copy
of this Letter of Amendment to the Association. The amendments agreed to as per this Letter of
Amendment, duly countersigned by an authorized representative of the Recipient, shall become
effective retroactively from July 1, 2013.

Except as specifically amended hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
