Loan to Mauritius - Environmental Sewerage and Sanitation Project

2.     The Executive Directors approved the loan to the Republic of Mauritius for an
Environmental Sewerage and Sanitation Project in the amount of US$12.4 million on the
payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's Memorandum
(R98-11 dated January 26, 1998) (STREAMLINED PROCEDURE LOAN APPROVAL
NO. 98-7).

Credit to Mozambique - National Water Development I Project

3.     The Executive Directors approved the credit to the Republic of Mozambique for a
National Water Development I Project in the amount of SDR 26.2 million (US$36 million
equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's
Memorandum (IDA/R98-7 dated January 26, 1998) (STREAMLINED PROCEDURE CREDIT
APPROVAL NO. 98-4).

Date of Next Meeting

4.    It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on
February 17, 1998.
