Amendment to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement between the United States Agency for
International Development and the International Development Association concerning the Second
Trade Development Facilty in Lao PDR Multi-Donor Trust Fund (No. TF071941) (USAID Grant
No. AID-486-IO-14-0001)
Dear Mr. Zachau:
We refer to the Administration Agreement signed by the United States Agency for International
Development (the Donor) and the International Development Association (the Association) on May 20, 2014
and May 29, 2014, respectively, and as amended to date, regarding the Second Trade Development Facility in
Lao PDR Multi-Donor Trust Fund (the "Administration Agreement").
We hereby propose to amend the Administration Agreement in connection with the increase the obligated
amount of the Grant provided under the Administration Agreement from $200,000 to $400,000:
1.     The third paragraph of the cover letter of the Administration Agreement is amended to read as
follows:
"The Donor shall deposit the Contribution into such bank account designated by the Bank promptly
following countersignature of this Agreement by the Donor and submission of a payment request by
the Bank. Pursuant to its authorities under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, USAID hereby grants
to the Bank US $400,000 to be expended as described in this Agreement. The purpose of the
Agreement is met upon disbursement by USAID to the Recipient. The total estimated amount of
this Grant for the period extending from the award date until the Completion Date set forth above is
US$500,000. Additional funds, up to the total estimated amount of the Grant, may be granted by
USAID subject to the availability of funds and the mutual agreement of the parties to proceed."
2.     The "USAID Project Contribution Fiscal Data" attached to the cover letter of the Administration
Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"USAID PROJECT CONTRIBUTION FISCAL DATA

Obligation Amount for this Action:  $200,000
Total Obligated Amount:            $400,000 (As amended)
Total Estimated Amount:            $500,000

All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
Each of parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into this
amendment. The Association shall disclose this amendment letter in accordance with the World Bank Policy
on Access to Information. By entering into this amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing, on behalf of the Association, by signing and dating
the two originals of this amendment letter, retaining one original for your records and returning the other
original to the Donor. Upon receipt by the Donor of the original amendment letter countersigned by you, the
amendments will become effective as of th\e date of the countersignature.
