While there are project delays, the project is now in the midst of scaling-up to an additional 50 villages. With the recruitment of the 2 National Coordinators and the International Advisor, Contracting of field staff stationed in the Districts was competed March 2012. Project implementation is detailed in the operations manual, which describes 23 steps, along the annual project cycle. An additional position of head of LONG pilot project has been created.
