The KOSGEB team has been working diligently since project approval to meet the requirements for effectiveness - finalizing the Project Operations Manual, including the Reimbursable Support Financing Manual; hiring staff needed for the Project Implementation Unit; and finalizing the Environmental and Social Management System and Commitment Plan. As of March 31, the RSFM is deemed acceptable to the Bank. Once the POM is finalized and deemed of a quality acceptable to the Bank, two of the effectiveness conditions will have been met.
