This will focus on improving management of social and economic impacts of energy investments. The project objective will contribute to the achievement of the Power Master Plan VII(PDMP7) for the 2011-2020 period, with the vision to 2030, (known as Power Master Plan VII) approved by Vietnam Prime Minister in July 2011. Has the Project Development Objective been changed since Board Approval of the Project Objective? Some of the outputs (e.g. land acquisition and compensation management software) could have a wider application implication in other sectors or at larger scale. Second, although the disbursement rate is only 52.9% (US$ 211,544) of total grant with three months left to project closing, CPMB has been able to expand Grant activities to new provinces, and all contract amendments have been signed. However, the mission noted that there might still be fund left due to the change of exchange rate. As such, CPMB is requested to closely monitor the exchange rate and as appropriate, to discuss and agree with NPT and the Bank team on additional activities. 10/3/2017 Page 2 of 4 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Capacity Building for Involuntary Resettlement in Energy Sector in Viet Nam (P148864) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance -- Low Low Macroeconomic -- Low Low Sector Strategies and Policies -- Low Low Technical Design of Project or Program -- Low Low Institutional Capacity for Implementation and Sustainability -- Low Low Fiduciary -- Low Low Environment and Social -- Low Low Stakeholders -- Low Low Other -- Low Low Overall -- Low Low Results Indicators PHINDPDOTBL Percentage of staff members of district LDFCs enrolling in specific training related involuntary resettlement(Percentage,Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 -- -- 90.00 Date 18-Nov-2013 -- -- 12-Dec-2017 PHINDPDOTBL The percentaeg of LDFCs in nine districts apply the newly developed software in their daily activities of resettlement planning(Percentage,Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 -- -- 100.00 Date 18-Nov-2013 -- -- 12-Dec-2017 10/3/2017 Page 3 of 4 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Capacity Building for Involuntary Resettlement in Energy Sector in Viet Nam (P148864) PHINDPDOTBL Developed training curriculum specifically focused on resettlement(Yes/No,Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value -- -- -- -- Date 18-Nov-2013 -- -- 12-Dec-2017 Data on Financial Performance Disbursements (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Currency Original Revised Cancelled Disbursed Undisbursed Disbursed P148864 TF-16492 Effective USD 0.40 0.40 0.00 0.21 0.19 53% Key Dates (by loan) Project Loan/Credit/TF Status Approval Date Signing Date Effectiveness Date Orig.
