Dear Ms. Slowing: 
 
Please refer to the Letter Agreement between the Government of Guatemala and 
the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), dated July 27, 
2006, with respect to the above-captioned Grant (the Letter Agreement). Capitalized 
terms used in this amendment letter and not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to 
them in the Letter Agreement. 
 
Pursuant to your letter, dated May 27, 2010, requesting the Bank to amend the 
Letter Agreement, we are pleased to inform you that the Bank hereby agrees to amend the 
Letter Agreement as follows: 
 
1. 
Paragraph 1 (c) of Attachment II to the Letter Agreement is hereby 
amended to increase the Special Account’s Authorized Allocation, to read as follows: 
 
“(c) the term “Authorized Allocation” means the amount of fifty 
six thousand US Dollars (US$56,000) to be withdrawn from the Grant 
Account and deposited in the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) 
of this Attachment II. ”

this Amendment Letter. 
Upon receipt by the Bank of 
the copy of this Letter Agreement countersigned by you, this Letter Agreement will become 
effective as of the date of the countersignature.
