Your Excellency,
Amendment to the Administration Agreement
between the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark, represented by the Royal Danish
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the International Development Association concerning
the Multi Donor Trust Fund for the Ethiopia Productive Safety Nets Partnership
(TF055287)
We refer to the Administration Agreement (the Agreement), as amended to date,
between the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark (the Donor) and the International
Development Association (the Bank), dated June 7, 2013, for the above mentioned Multi-
donor Trust Fund (MDTF). We also refer to a recent discussion between the Bank and the
Donor, whereby the Donor has agreed to provide an additional contribution of one million
Danish Kroner
(DKK 1,000,000) for the MDTF activities.
In order to receive these funds, the Bank proposes to amend paragraph I of Agreement
as follows:
"1.   The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the
International Development Association (the "Bank") acknowledges that the
Government of the Kingdom of Denmark (the "Donor", and together with the Bank,
the "Parties" and each a "Party") agrees to provide the sum of: (a) twelve million
Danish Kroner (DKK12,000,000) ("Initial Contribution"); and (b) one million Danish
Kroner (DKK 1,000,000) ("Additional Contribution") (both collectively called the
"Contribution") for the Ethiopia Productive Safety Nets Partnership Multi Donor
Trust Fund (TF055827) (the "Trust Fund") in accordance with the terms of this
Administration Agreement. Other donors are also expected to contribute to the Trust
Fund on the terms and conditions specified in the Annexes to this Administration
Agreement."
All other provisions of the Agreement, except amended herein, will remain in full force
and effect.

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing,
dating, and returning to us the enclosed copy of this letter of amendment. Upon receipt by the
Bank of the copy of this letter of amendment countersigned by you, this letter of amendment
will become effective as of the date of countersignature.
