First Amendment to the Disbursement
Letter (DL) dated May 10, 2018.
Additional Instructions: Disbursement
His Excellency;
I refer to the Advance Agreement ("Agreement") between the Republic of Congo (the "Recipient")
and the International Development Association ("World Bank") for the above-referenced project,
dated herewith. The Agreement provides that the World Bank may issue additional instructions
regarding the withdrawal of the proceeds of Project Preparation Advance V1640 ("PPA"). I also
refer to the Disbursement Letter dated May 10, 2018, which, constituted the additional instructions.
This Disbursement Letter shall be amended as set forth in this letter (the "First Amendment") to
realign the designated account ceiling.
Ceiling (subsection 6.1). FCFA 100,000,000
All other instructions and attachments of the original Disbursement Letter which are not expressly
modified in accordance with this letter, shall remain in force and effect.
