Re: Amendment No. 2 to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement between the
Government of Australia, acting through the Department of Foreign Afffairs and Trade, and
the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the Support for
Enhanced Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy Analysis Multi-Donor Trust Fund (World
Bank TFO71830) (DFATNo: 61926)
1.    We refer to the Administration Agreement, dated February 8, 2012, as amended
on December 18, 2014 (the "Administration Agreement") between the Government of Australia,
acting through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade ("DFAT" or the "Donor"), and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("Bank"), acting as administrator of the
Support for Enhanced Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy Analysis Multi-Donor Trust Fund (the
"Trust Fund").
2.     Capitalized terms used but not defined in this amendment have the meanings
given to them in the Administration Agreement. Unless the context otherwise requires, the
Administration Agreement, together with this amendment, is referred to as the "Administration
Agreement."
3.     Pursuant to recent discussions between the Bank and the Donor, the Bank
proposes to amend   paragraph 7.2 of Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement to reflect the
extension of end disbursement date as follows:
"7.2  It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Bank
by 30 June 2018. The Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this Agreement
after such date with the written approval of the Donors."
4.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
5.     The Bank will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund
in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Agreement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this
Trust Fund.

6.    We propose that this letter shall constitute an amendment to the Administration
Agreement between the Bank and the Donor. Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing,
on behalf of the Donor, by signing and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your
records and returning the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original
Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the
countersignature.
