To measure results, the project through Component 2: will support the implementation of a national 4th grade student assessment. The project, through Component 3, will also finance training for teachers and education personnel in order to support improved teaching and learning in MoRA’s classrooms and schools. The project, through Component 4, will invest in data collection and analysis to improve the management of MoRA’s education sector. The project became effective in November 2019, and project implementation preparation activities are complete as of February 2020.
