II. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

The project was approved by the World Bank Board of Directors on February 23, 2021, and the effectiveness deadline
is now set at October 29, 2021. The project is financed by an IDA Credit and an IDA Grant, covered by a single
Financing Agreement, as well as by three GPE Grants, covered by a single, but separate, Grant Agreement.
The only change proposed is to amend the Grant Agreement, by inscribing the numbers of all three GPE Grants on the
cover page and the first page (where at present only the largest of the three grants is inscribed). This is an
administrative amendment only. No other changes to the Grant Agreement are required, and no changes to other
project documents (PAD, Financing Agreement, etc.) are being proposed here.
