Amendment to the Trust Fund Administration Arrangement between the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the
International Development Association concerning DFID Support to
Implementation of Uganda's National Development Plan
(Trust Fund Number TFO71322)
Dear Sir:
1.     We refer to the Trust fund Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International Development
("DFID" or the "Donor") and the International Development Association ("IDA" or the "Bank")
for supporting the implementation of Uganda's National Development Plan 2010-2014
(TF071322) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of June 26, 2009 (the "Administration
Arrangement").
2.     Pursuant to recent discussions between the Bank and the Donor, the Bank proposes to
amend paragraph 4.1 of the Administration Arrangement to reflect the revised deposit of
contribution schedule. Consequently, paragraph 4.1 of the Administration Arrangement will read
as follows:
"4.1   The Donor will deposit the Contribution into such bank account designated
by the Bank in accordance with the following schedule, upon submission of a payment
request by the Bank:
(a) Upon countersignature of this Arrangement    f 1,125,000
(b) not later than December 30, 2010             f 1,875,000
(c) not later than September 30, 2012            f 1,023,000
(d) not later than May 30, 2013                  f  510,000
(e) Not later than June 30, 2014                 f 2,967,000."
3.     All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.
4.     The Bank will disclose this Arrangement and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Arrangement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Arrangement and related information on
this Trust Fund.


5.     We propose that this letter will constitute an amendment to the Administration
Arrangement between the Bank and the Donor. Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing,
on behalf of the Donor, by signing and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your
records and returning the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original
Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the
countersignature.
