We refer to the Administration Agreement ("Agreement") between the Swiss Confederation, represented by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) (the "Donor"), and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("BRD") and the International Development Association ("IDA") (collectively, the "Bank"), concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Strengthening Accountability and the Fiduciary Environment in South East Europe and Central Asia (TF072737) (the "Trust Fund") dated February 11, 2010 as amended, and the supplemental agreement effective on November 21, 2016. 2. We also refer to our discussions regarding the extension of beneficiary countries under the Public Sector Accounting aspects of the Trust Fund. In light of these discussions, the Bank proposes to amend the first paragraph of Part A.1 of Annex 1 to the Agreement to read as follows: "A. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES 1. The objective of the Trust Fund is to provide support for the improvement of public financial management and accountability in the South East Europe and Central Asia. The eligible beneficiary countries under (a) the public financial management aspects of the Trust Fund are Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan; and (b) the public sector accounting aspects of the Trust Fund are Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Ukraine, all jointly referred to as the ("Beneficiaries")." 1818 H Street NW - Washington, DC 20433 USA Mr. Ivo Germann -2- December 02, 2016 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement that have not been amended hereby shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. 4. The Bank will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund. 5. Please confirm the Donor's agreement to the foregoing by having an authorized official of the Donor sign and date this Agreement in the designated space below, and returning it to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of this countersigned copy, this Amendment shall become effective upon the date of its countersignature.
