Partial Cancellation Instrument
         Global Partnership on Output Based Aid Core Operations Multi-donor Trust Fund
                                    (Trust Fund No. 070734)


1.       Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of
Australia represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the “Donor”) and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Participants” and each a
“Participant”) regarding the Global Partnership on Output Based Aid Core Operations Multi-donor
Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 070734) (the “Trust Fund”) effective February 20, 2007, as amended
(the “Administration Agreement”).

2.      Reference is also made to the Donor’s communication dated June 24, 2021, informing the
Bank of its desire to transfer a portion of its pro-rata share of the uncommitted balance of the Trust
Fund to the Global Partnership for Results-Based Approaches Umbrella Multi-Donor Trust Fund
(Trust Fund No. 073705).

3.      In accordance with paragraph 8.2 of Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement, the
Participants agree to cancel the amount of three million five hundred thousand United States dollars
(USD 3,500,000) of the Donor’s pro rata share of the uncommitted balance of the Trust Fund. The
Donor hereby authorizes the Bank promptly following countersignature of this partial cancellation
instrument (the “Instrument”) to transfer the cancelled funds to the Global Partnership for Results-
Based Approaches Umbrella Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 073705).

4.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Instrument and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Participants
are requested to sign and date this Instrument, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Partial Cancellation, this Instrument will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
