This will greatly reduce livestock-induced, land-based pollution flowing into the South China Sea. Institutional strengthening measures have also been carried out satisfactorily. Going forward, the countries are focusing on making sound arrangements for operations and maintenance of the waste management facilities to ensure their sustainability.
