In the same time, the project level activities are being carried out; including the development and adoption of operational procedures for Page 1 of 4 The World Bank Report No: ISR6681 employer-driven occupational profiles; drafting a TVET sector assessment report, and the E-TVET Council endorsing the sectoral communication strategy, and economic priority sectors that would be used to develop sectoral policy directives. This is in addition to the on-going support to the restructuring of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), through the project's second and largest component; whereby the draft business and governance model has been presented during a conference held in February 2012 and feedback is currently being incorporated together with VTC's comments to the model. Meanwhile, the Team will also contribute in the forthcoming Country Portfolio Performance Review to further expedite reaching closure on the project's way forward.
