                               Notice of Partial Cancellation

        We refer to your letter received April 27, 2021 (F11373/S.34/C1542/260) in which you
request a partial cancellation and restructuring of the above captioned Project. We enclose
herewith a revised schedule that indicates the amounts now allocated to each of the categories set
forth in the table in Section III.A of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement between the
International Development Association (the Association) and the Federal Republic of Nigeria for
the above-referenced Project, dated February 12, 2019, as amended to date.

       This withdrawal schedule reflects the cancellation in the amount of SDR 20,887,729
pursuant to your letter of April 27, 2021, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.01 of the
General Conditions for Credits and Grants. A separate amendment letter will be sent to
effectuate the requested restructuring of the Project.
