Amendment No. I to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland, represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Iternational
Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Developmnent Association regarding
the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Tunisia Governance, Financial Sector and Local Governments
(Trust Fund No. TF072692 parallel to original Trust Fund No. TFO72287)
I.     Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association
(collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Tunisia Governance, Financial
Sector and Local Governments, Trust Fund No. TF072692 (the "Trust Fund") effective as ofNovember 21,
2016 (the "Administration Arrangement").
2.     We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor to make a
supplemental contribution to the Trust fund in the amount of three hundred thirty-four thousand Pounds
Sterling (GBP 334,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution"). With this Supplemental Contribution, the total
amount allocated by the Donor to the Trust Fund will now aggregate to seven hundred seventy-four
thousand Pounds Sterling (GBP 774,000).
3.     The Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such account designated by the Bank
promptly following countersignature of this Arrangement by the Donor.
4.     When making the deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its deposit details
information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount
deposited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for TF072287 (Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Tunisia
Governance, Financial Sector and Local Governments), and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit
Instructions). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to the Bank's
Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfiviutadvicCiDrworldb ank.o  or by fax sent to
+1 (202) 614-1315.
5.    Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution funds, the Bank will convert such
funds into United States Dollars.
6.     All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.
7.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

8.     Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Donor and the Bank are
requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment wil become effective as of the date ofthe last signature.
