(TF No. 071143) Amendment to the Administration Agreement - Extension of End
Disbursement Date
Excellency,
We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement ("Agreement") dated
July 10, 2009, as amended to date, between the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland
("Finland" or the "Donor") and the International Development Association (IDA), acting
as an administrator of grant funds provided by Finland concerning the Trust Fund for
Ethiopia Tana and Beles Integrated Water Resources Development Project ("Trust Fund").
We also refer to a recent discussion between IDA and the Donor to extend the end
disbursement date of the Trust Fund from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015. We,
therefore, propose to amend paragraph 11.2 of the Agreement to read as follows:
"11.1. It is expected that the Contribution funds will be fully disbursed by IDA in
accordance with the provisions of this Agreement by March 31, 2015. IDA shall
only disburse Contribution funds for the purposes of this Agreement after such date
with the written approval of the Donor."
All other provisions of the Agreement, except amended herein, shall remain in full
force and effect.

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing, dating and returning
to us the enclosed copy of this letter. Upon receipt by IDA of the copy of this letter
countersigned by you, this amendment will become effective as of the date of the
countersignature.
