As potential risks, the team notes the need for the Government of Albania to commit the resources needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Legal Aid clinics that have been implemented and operate currently thanks to significant donor funding. Regarding monitoring capacity, the team urges the Government of Albania to speed up the digitalization of property titles by the State Cadaster Agency.
