Specific objectives are as follows: (i) strengthen case detection and confirmation and conduct contact tracing; (ii) improve clinical care capacity; (iii) raise public awareness and promote community engagement; and (iv) bolster coordination, planning, logistical support, and reporting. Implementation of project activities is well underway with roughly 55% of the funds disbursed to date.
