Pursuant to the letter received from CARE International Indonesia dated November 30, 2010 
requesting the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development / International Development 
Association (the Bank) to extend the closing date of the referenced grant, I am pleased to inform you 
that the Bank concurs with your request.  Accordingly, the Bank has established February 28, 2011 
as the later date for purposes of Section 3.03 of the Annex to the Grant Agreement between CARE 
International Indonesia and the Bank, dated November 7, 2007, as amended.
