Enhancing the World Bank’s Operational Policy Framework on Guarantees (Draft)

1.      The Committee met to discuss the document entitled Enhancing the World Bank’s Operational
Policy Framework on Guarantees (Draft) (CODE2013-0041). The Committee agreed that the paper be
revised and sent to the Board for approval on an absence of objection basis, with a possibility of a Board
discussion. The Committee asked Management to make some language modifications to the paper reflecting
members’ input. The Committee agreed that the paper, with such modifications, could be sent to the Board
for approval on an absence of objection basis. A report from the Committee to the Board will be prepared.

2.     The Committee was schedule to meet on November 25, 2013.
