'Administration Agreemient''
2.     Tbe Parties agree to amend the Administration Agreement as follows:
(a) Paragraph 10.1 of Annex 1 shall be deleted and replaced with Ilie followinm:
10. I  [t is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Trustec by June 3(0, 2023.
The Trustee shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this Agreement after such date
with the \ ritten approval of the Donors.
n.     All other terms of the Administration Agreememn shall remain Ilie same.
4.     Each ofithe Parties represents, by confirming is agreement below, that it is authorized to enter io
thls Amendment and act in accordance N ith these tems and conditions. lie Parties are requested to sign
and date this Aiendient, and upon possession by the Bank of this fullv signed Amendment and respectixe
aniendments signed by all other donors to tie Yrust Fund, this Amendment shall become effeeti e as of the
date of the last signature,
