So far 19 footbridges have been constructed and 3 more are in the process of being finalized. Additional 10 contracts are expected to be signed in July and the last 10 are in the process of being identified. The activities under the Road Safety component are in the final procurement stages. The preparation of the National Transport Master plan is ongoing and expected to be completed in April 2022. The Emergency Component has be activated to address the emergency from the recent floods in the country.
