Up to November 2020, a total of EUR 163,3 million has been disbursed (94% of total loan amount), with significant progress under the different program areas. All results under the program are expected to be achieved by the end of the 2021, expect for : (i) DLI 1/ PDO indicator 1 where the initial target (40% increase in municipal own source revenues by end of 2021) is not expected to be achieved due to the impact of the crisis on municipal revenues (ii) DLI 4/ PDO indicator 3 where delays are excepted due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic that slowed down the execution of civil works. Both issues have been taken into account under a restructuring of the Program under discussion.
