Works under sub-component A1, including the repair and replacement of primary and secondary sewers in Sarajevo are well advanced and nearing completion. The main Works contract for the rehabilitation of the Sarajevo wastewater treatment plant, implemented under sub-component A2, commenced in February 2014. Component B activities, which focus on institutional development support, are nearing completion. Further positive project impacts are expected after completion of ongoing works to rehabilitate the Sarajevo waste water treatment plant.
