PDO Indicator 4, “Production of an annual report on plan implementation and performance indicators at the country level” has already been achieved. Out of the nine intermediate result indicators (IRI), six have already been achieved and the remaining three are on track to be achieved. Some of the Project’s main achievements to date include: • The learning standards and assessment framework has been completed and finalized. • A teacher handbook and user guide were developed for the revised standards and assessment framework in the OECS member states. • The alignment document connecting the standards of the various core areas was also developed and completed. • The Teacher Professional Development (PD) training course has been developed. • Teacher training commenced in St. Lucia (with 233 teachers trained) and Dominica (with 89 teachers trained) in accordance with agreed PD plans. • The training program for school leaders was developed, with a total of 125 school principals trained across the member states (30 in Dominica, 30 in Grenada, 30 in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and 35 in St. Lucia).
