Notice of Partial Cancellation and Revised withdrawal schedule
We refer to the Financing Agreement ("Financing Agreement") between the Republic of Cote
d'Ivoire ("Recipient") and the International Development Association ("Association") dated September 14,
2016, for the purpose of providing additional financing to the Transport Sector Modernization and Corridor
Trade Facilitation Project ("Project"). We also refer to your letter dated November 8, 2021, requesting a
partial cancellation of the financing in an amount equivalent to Euros 15,010,556.
We are pleased to inform you that the Association approved the requested partial financing
cancellation request which shall be effective as of the date of receipt by the Association of such cancellation
request (November 8, 2021). Accordingly, the table in Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Financing
Agreement is hereby revised as per the Annex of this letter.
