year. Substantial coordination issues between co-executants (Itaipu, SEAM and MAG) affected implementation. The grant Recipient has recently assigned a team of experts which,
in agreement with SEAM and PRODERS/MAG would lead the process to achieve a work plan, to consolidate a project implementation unit, to ensure the project dissemination andto
facilitate the execution of contracts and activities under the grant as well as the participation of different stakeholders in the implementation process. The SEAM and the PRODERS/
MAG are actively participating of the project's implementation arrangements.
