The ongoing packages (5A, RR1 and RR2) face delays mainly because of the limited availability of workers due to COVID-19 outbreak. The World Bank urged DGH to revise the work plans and submit contract closing date extension requests, especially for package 5A. The World Bank was informed that a protocol to prevent the spread of COVID-19, developed by MPWH, is being consistently implemented throughout WINRIP works sites in both Western Sumatra and Central Sulawesi. The World Bank requested DGH to ensure that sufficient budget is allocated in FY20 to implement the civil works and complete splitzing process.
