The Trust Fund Grant Agreement was signed by the Palestinian Minister of Finance and the World Bank Country Director on June 30, 2020. The Implementation Agreement (IA) between Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology(MTIT) and DAI Global UK, selected as Project Implementation Agency (PIA) was signed on September 20, 2020. The TechStart project was declared effective on October 6, 2020. The Project Implementation Agency (PIA), DAI Global UK, has been staffed with key members (Project Director, FM and Procurement Specialists, M&E Specialist, Safeguards Specialist, and Communication Specialist).
