 Example: Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedure
 Initial cleaning:          removal of superficial soil by
                            brushing or rinsing


 Main cleaning:             loosening of other impurities with cleaning products


 Rinsing:                   removal of loosened impurities and cleaning product

 Disinfection:              targeted destruction of pathogens


 Rinsing:                   removal of residual disinfectant


 Drying:                    removal of residual moisture

     Wear suitable protective clothing
     Never mix different products
     Prepare new solutions regularly
     Measure carefully

         manually:           use additional measuring aids
         automatically:      check regularly

     Store properly (e.g. protected from light, check storage
     temperature and expiry date)

     when using a disinfectant, follow instructions regarding
     exposure time and temperature

     don’t change settings
