A total of 189 proposals were received by JSIF responding to the Call for Proposals and 93 have been approved so far. As of July 2022, 12 subprojects were at the procurement stage, three projects were being implemented and supervised by JSIF and three subprojects have been completed. Key Steps. In order to facilitate implementation: (a) the sub-project approval process was reviewed to be further streamlined; (b) ensuring that the REDI II team is well-staffed in key areas to ensure that all project activities are processed and accomplished in a timely manner, and (c) procurement of Business Development Facilitators targeting the participation of qualified consultant firms to provide business development facilitation services on an ongoing basis. GRM. The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) has been established and is fully operational, and, no grievances have been received through the GRM.
