Progress towards achievement of the Project Development Objective (PDO) rating is assessed as moderately satisfactory given that the project has improved its implementation pace and is again on track to achieve its objectives. Most of the PDO indicators have already been met. To date, the project has reached 79,500 beneficiary households (45,000 households are receiving regular cash transfers; 12,500 households are benefiting from emergency cash transfers; 22,000 beneficiaries have been enrolled in labor-intensive public works) out of a total of 88,000 households expected to be covered by the project by the additional financing that became effective on June 27, 2019.
