Accordingly, project Implementation Progress (IP) and Progress towards achievement of the Project Development Objective (PDO) have been upgraded from Moderately Satisfactory (MS) to Satisfactory (S). The Social Registry and Case Management Components have also been upgraded from “Moderately Satisfactory” to “Satisfactory”. Fiduciary performance is maintained as Satisfactory. Under Component 1: Cash Transfer Program Support, the process of recertifying the 115,000 registered poor households started in December 2021. Under Component 2: Social Registry (SR): The Social Registry was successfully launched on December 8, 2021 and is presently linked with the ministries of Interior, Health and Labor. Efforts are ongoing to connect with other ministries such as Finance and Transportation. Under Component 3 Case Management System (CMS), progress indicates the strong impact the project has had on the social supervisors and workers by helping them transition from Cash Transfer Program data collectors to case managers embracing a holistic approach to assist the poor. A referral system to key social services has been embedded, and the ministry is regulating this relationship through MoUs. Component 4: Program management and monitoring. The Project Management Unit is operating effectively and is achieving substantial progress.
