          Your Excellency,

                 We refer to the Financing Agreement dated June 18, 2015 (the “Financing Agreement”)
          between Mongolia (the “Recipient”) and the International Development Association (the
          “Association”) for the Education Quality Reform Project. We also refer to your letter, dated
          August 22, 2022, requesting, on behalf of the Recipient, an extension of the Closing Date (i.e.,
          December 31, 2022) of the above captioned Credit by six (6) months.

                   We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with the request and has
          established June 30, 2023, as the later date for purposes of paragraph 4 of Section IV.B of
          Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.
