However, due to the slowdown of procurement processes due to exogenous circumstances to the Project, there has been some delays, and the Implementation Progress rating has been downgraded to Moderately Satisfactory. Nonetheless, the delays experienced do not jeopardize the achievement of the planned objectives. Indicators results will be presented in the next report as results will be achieved in a single moment and close to the final targets. The Project progress towards achievement of the Project Development Objective remains Satisfactory; MINED has maintained constant progression of activities aimed at meeting the objectives. 12/24/2021
