The Program is making steady and satisfactory overall implementation progress in Result Areas 1 and 2, and Results Areas 3 and 4 are progressing with some delays. The Disbursement Linked Results are being achieved but were slowed down and delayed due to COVID-19 disruption in FY21 and FY22. DLI 5 is delayed by 24 months and EESL has conveyed to the Bank that this DLR will be achieved by Q4 FY22. The overall Program has disbursed over 64 percent, but this percentage will go up to 70 once EESL submits a withdrawal application for the fourth round of results achievement (approved by the Bank on April 5, 2022).
