                          Corrigendum to correct the Grant Number

Honorable Gwengwe:

       We refer to the Global Financing Facility Grant Agreement between the Republic of
Malawi and the International Development Association, dated August 1, 2022 (“Grant
Agreement”), for the Second Additional Financing for Malawi COVID-19 Emergency Response
and Health Systems Preparedness Project.

         It has come to our attention that, due to an administrative oversight, the Grant Agreement
does not reflect the correct Grant number. We are therefore writing to rectify this error by replacing
the existing Grant number (Grant No. TF0B8870) in the Grant Agreement with the correct Grant
number: TF0B8719.

          All the other provisions of the Grant Agreement, except as corrected herein, shall remain
in full force and effect.

      Kindly ensure that all future correspondence regarding this Project refers to Grant No.
TF0B8719.
