It is expected that the PDO will be achieved if the ongoing activities are completed. There is need to monitor closely the implementation of the ongoing contracts, including (i) the Information Management System (IMS) of EDSA and (ii) the two contracts related to 33/11 kV Primary Substations (lot 1) and 33 kV Sub Transmission Lines (lot 2) in Freetown.
