The Financing Agreement was signed on May 12, 2021. The project became effective on September 8, 2021 following (i) final approval of the Financing Agreement by relevant national instances and publication of a Presidential Decree in the Journal Officiel, (ii) Finalization and adoption of the Project Manual by the Government and No-Objection by the World Bank, and (iii) Finalization of the Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/Sexual Harassment Action plan and No-Objection by the World Bank.
