                   Horn of Africa – Groundwater for Resilience Project
                                      Corrigendum

       We refer to the financing agreement (“Agreement”) dated September 1, 2022, between
the Republic of Kenya (the “Recipient”) and the International Development Association (the
“Association”) for the above-referenced Project.

        We have noted that due to an oversight, the last repayment date in the repayment
schedule of the Agreement was incorrectly reflected. To rectify this error, the repayment
schedule set forth in Schedule 3 to the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the table set
forth in the annex hereto.

       All other provisions of the Agreement, except as modified herein, shall remain in full
force and effect. We would be grateful if you could acknowledge receipt of this letter for our
records.
