The Project continues to progress towards meeting the Project Development Objectives (PDOs), with the steady achievement of targets on the PDO and Intermediate indicators. The Project Development Outcome rating is revised as Satisfactory as year four targets for three PDO indicators are achieved. Moreover, for year five, PDO indicators are achieved for three of the four PDO indicators. Furthermore, as of year five of implementation, four of the five intermediate indicators have achieved the targets. The implementation Progress rating continues to be Satisfactory.
